Pork Chops with Thyme-Scented Apples over Cheddar Polenta Recipe SS: made this 10/16 and everyone enjoyed it. I served it with asparagus, and the only thing I changed was to halve the polenta recipe and use parmesan cheese instead of cheddar. A great fall recipe.
