Grilled Turnips & Asparagus We made grilled turnips and zucchini with our beef and pork steaks last night. The turnips are great… Cody liked the ones that were still pretty crunchy and not so browned, I liked the ones with a lot of caramelization that were softer and sweeter. I'd say more than 4 minutes/side on indirect heat if you want it that way.
